Hi and Welcome to my website

We live in exciting times; times that are bringing many changes to our world and to our lives. It’s a great time to be alive. Despite the media tendency towards doom and gloom I believe us to be in the midst of an incredible shift in consciousness and awareness. We have the chance to be part of an evolutionary process that is happening within our time.

I have been gathering gifts over many years that support us to change, expand and become all that we can be and it is my joy to be able to pass on some of these benefits to others. I offer healing sessions which are tailored to your individual needs and will use whichever of these wonderful tools or techniques is most applicable to your situation.

In order for us to be an active part of this change we need to expand ourselves; to be all that we can be. We need to release those parts of ourselves that do not serve us - the pain, the wounds and histories that we may have believed ourselves to be. Once we let go of our old past stuff we can breathe new life into our lives, our bodies, or relationships and this is where we can really make a difference.

For each one of us that changes and expands, becomes more positive and light-filled, we encourage everyone else that we meet and interact with to take those steps for themselves. I believe these steps to be an essential part of this wonderful opportunity that we are presented with by living in these changing times and am inspired and honoured to be part of supporting others on their healing journey.
